The month of August has been the best for the Car industry, with most car companies increasing their sales over the previous year. Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Kia Motors sales have registered an increase, the list of Top 25 selling cars has also recorded an increase in sales of all except Maruti Baleno. Maruti Suzuki Swift number one at the list of top 10 best selling cars.
Hyundai Aura and Maruti Ignis is the new entry in the list of Top 25 Best Selling cars of the month of August 2020. Hyundai aura registring 3228 units of sales in august 2020 and Maruti Ignis Register 3262 unit of sales in the month of August 2020.
Maruti Alto has sold 14,397 units in the last month, registering a huge growth of 42.22 percent over the previous year. The third side Maruti WagonR has sold 13,770 units, registering a growth of 20.77 percent in sales.
Hyundai's popular SUV Creta ranked fifth in August, with 11,758 units sold. The Creta SUV has been selling well since its facelift arrival in the 2020 incarnation, registering a 95 percent jump in sales.
Only the Maruti Baleno sales in the top 10 best selling cars have fallen, with the premium hatchback losing 2 percent in August with 10,742 units sold. This is followed by the seventh-placed Seltos SUV, with a 70 percent gain in its 10,655 units sold.
