The month of August has been the best for the Car industry, with most car companies increasing their sales over the previous year.
With Sales of 11,758 units, Hyundai’s Creta not only became the Highest selling Mid-SUV but also India’s best selling SUV for August 2020. The model was ready to cross 11k sales figure consecutively for the second month! Creta also contributed to over 25% of Hyundai’s sales in August 2020!
Hyundai Creta drives in at 5th place into The top 10 best selling cars august 2020 and restabilizing itself as the Number 1 bestselling SUV. All-new Creta was launched earlier this year in March and its sales have picked up pace post the lockdown. New Creta comes with a range of changes including design upgrades, new features, and BS6 engine options. In August, a total of 11,758 units were sold.
Kia Seltos Comes at Second Place with 10,655 units sold in August 2020. Kia Seltos is the Second Best Selling SUV in August 2020. Kia Seltos Comes With Same Engine Options as Hyundai Creta. Scorpio and Hector have come in third and fourth positions respectively. Mahindra Scorpio register 3327 units of sales in august 2020 and MG hector Register 2732 unit of sales in the month of August 2020.
Maruti S-Cross premium Crossover comes at 5th position with 2527 total unit sold at august 2020 and Tata Harrier Comes at Place 6th with Total Unit Sold 1694 in the month of August.
